We've been having a ball and our live shows have been going great.
Everyone's been rockin out, thankyou all for coming to see us.
The Kempsey and Taree shows went off and Yass (even though it was just a bit chilly)was great fun, we even had some fans drive over from Canberra.
Last weekend we made the big trip to Hughenden in north Queensland for the Aridlands Festival. We flew up to Townsville then got a good mate of ours Russell Moon to drive us out to Hughenden in his BIG BLACK SHINEY CAR which is a late model falcon GT, "cruisin in style" thanks Russ and Mell.
We had a terrific two night stay at the Royal Hotel Resort and the concert named "Rock The Outback" was great, thanks to Paddy and everyone up north for a great time. The night was bound to be a good one as the VB truck was set up early and the endurance camel ride was coming to an end. These camel's race for 150k's, unreal to think anyone can sit on a camel that long.
This weekend is the "Gympie Muster", 'and we cant wait.
The bands fired up and some of the guys havent played at Gympie before so it should be a blast. Make sure you come and say G'day if your up there - we know the queensland girls are going so just find Lynda and Faye and they will make sure we all catch up.
Hope to have some news on our new single "Man On A Mission", in the next few days, Wilko's just sorting out the finer details. We had a look at the first cut this week and theres plenty of faces we all know scattered through it so those of you guys who went to the Cessnock gig keep your eyes open.
Take care everyone and make sure you say hi at Gympie.
