Alex
Noulas, owner and founder of Advantage Sales Logic, has an extensive
background and knowledge in Customer service. He has experience
in both the Hospitality industry, as well as the retail sector.
Alex
established and ran successful food outlets in Melbourne, and
has formal training in hospitality through the Australian college
of travel and hospitality. This training allowed Alex the pleasure
of working in some of Melbourne's most respected top food venues
such as Meitta's restaurant in Melbourne, and the Radisson
President Hotel.
Amongst
working in hospitality, Alex also ventured out into retail sales,
in consumer electronics, home theatre and Hi Fi.
In
adding to this vast retail and hospitality background, Alex has
eight years experience in the contact centre industry, where he
has been involved with Ford Motor Company of Australia, providing
sales support and concern resolution to dealers and customers
on a national level. Alex has also worked in solution based sales
for Telstra Australia.
In
adding to his customer service background, Alex has certification
in ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance systems where this certification
allows Alex to assist and advise in QMS audits.
