Dueling
Throughout history, there have
always been people who seem to live of adrenaline. Those are the
people who thrive on battlefields, the ones who never seem to
make anything of themselves in civilian life.
And when there's no battles to be found, they find other
ways of feeding their addictions. The underground blaster duels
are just one of those ways.
If you are familiar with the rules and challengers of Blaster
Dueling (if not rules and information can be found on the
website) simply link your role-play to this post with
information regarding whom you will be dueling, your gear, your
Ranged Combat XP and how much you will be betting.
After this please wait one week which will allow enough time for
other players to place their bets on the fight and enjoy the
show.
Rules:
1. You are allowed only 1 blaster pistol type weapon, which you
must own.
2. PSG type armours are not allowed, nor are boarding armours,
Arelik armour with PSGs or Nullifier armour. All other armour is
acceptable.
3. A Ysalimiri will be present for all duels.
4. The winner is the one left standing or if a duellist yields.
5. You lose if you get near death wounds. To forfeit a match,
state before the fight is generated that you wish to quit when
you receive severe wounds
6. There is an entrance fee to battle them. If you win you win
the prize money. If you lose you lose all your money.
7. If you win you are not crowned the champion but have the
prestige and respect from defeating a champion.
8. Only ONE challenger may challenge each champion per week.
Whoever gets it first gets first dibs for that week.
9. You cannot challenge a champion that you have already
defeated.
10. If you challenge a champion and lose then the next time you
fight him the entrance fee is increased by 1000 credits. So if I
lost to Carid then next time the fee is 2000. I lose once to
Reptile the second time the fee is 5000.
11. Max bets capped at 10,000 credits. Minimum bet is 100
credits.

Champions
Name:
Carid Nur
A hardened veteran of a hundred different conflicts, Carid Nur
is only just beginning to slip. A recent duel cost him his eye,
but still he keeps going, hoping to savour victory once more
before he dies. His weapon is a standard DH-17, and he wears TYI
Flex Armour.
Entry fee: 1,000
Winner's Purse: 5,000
Betting Odds: 20%
Name: Lura Val
An attractive fighter, sometimes called the heartbreaker, she
has been known to use her looks to distract an opponent while
she prepares for a final shot. Her reliance on this trick is the
one thing that has hindered her ascension up the ranks. She uses
a Dagger Combat Pistol, and wears TYI Flex Armour

Winner's Purse: 7,000
Betting Odds: 40%
Name: Vorissk
A Trandoshan, much like most other members of his species. He is
rumoured to have a black temper, but he's cool and calculating
in battle. His weapon is a modified DC-15 Clone Blaster, and he
wears Dragon Battle Armour.

Winner's Purse: 9,000
Betting Odds: 60%
Name: Black Tali
A female pirate, with a reputation for cruel and ruthless plans,
she fights to indulge her bloodlust, rather than to sate any
desires for honourable battle. Challengers are warned to beware
her dirty tricks. She uses a Security S-5 Blaster, with a
variety of darts. Her armour is TYI Flex.
Entry fee: 6,000
Winner's Purse: 12,000
Betting Odds: 80%
Name: Honsou of Wildspace
A crazed madman who is rumoured to have seen terrible things in
the innermost depths of wildspace. Despite this, he is a
fearsome warrior, and his total lack of fear only serves to make
him more dangerous in battle. He wears Gladiator armour, and
wields a modified DL-44

Name:
Sarn
Sarn. The name's enough to send chills down the spine of any
challenger. His past is a mystery, and he seems to live for the
fights. You may not forfeit when fighting Sarn. His weapon is a
custom-made blaster pistol, rumoured to be amongst the finest
weapons available. His armour is Felenar.
